As Zelph enters its next phase of growth, we are excited to announce two major additions to our leadership team. These appointments strengthen both our technical foundation and our operational depth as the business continues to scale.
Deniz Aygun joins Zelph as Chief Technology Officer in April
Deniz Aygun will be joining Zelph as Chief Technology Officer in April.
Deniz brings deep, hands-on experience building and scaling complex commerce platforms. Most recently, he served as Principal Software Engineer at Kick Game, where he built and led the in-house engineering team and architected the PIM and marketplace platform that powered the business at scale.
Prior to Kick Game, Deniz held senior and lead engineering roles across multiple high-growth companies. He consistently delivered scalable platforms, owned infrastructure and DevOps, and solved real operational problems using modern Laravel and Vue-based stacks.
At Zelph, Deniz will lead engineering, platform architecture, and execution, ensuring the product is fast, resilient, and built for the realities of multi-tenant and multi-channel commerce.

Mat Bragger joins the Zelph board as Non-Executive Director and Senior Advisor
We are also delighted to welcome Mat Bragger to the Zelph board as Non-Executive Director and Senior Advisor.
Mat is a highly experienced international operations and commercial leader with a proven track record of scaling global retail and consumer businesses. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer International at Outerstuff, having previously spent several years leading international operations and logistics within the business.
Before that, Mat was Chief Operating Officer at Kick Game, where he oversaw operations during a period of rapid growth and also served as Interim Chief Executive Officer. He has also held senior leadership roles at 47 as Operations Director International and earlier as Managing Director at Refuel Global Brands Headwear.
Across his career, Mat has led global supply chains, international expansion, and performance-driven operations. This experience directly supports Zelph's ambition to become foundational infrastructure for modern commerce.
At Zelph, Mat will work closely with the founders on strategy, operations, and commercial execution as the business scales.
