A customer trades in an item through your branded portal and gets a pre-paid label. The item ships into your store, warehouse or 3PL, where it's inspected, graded and valued. The customer is paid in store or brand credit, and Zelph lists the item across your channels.

Store or brand credit at rates you set — which brings them back to spend with you, turning a return into a second order. Cash payouts are available if you'd rather offer them.

No. Your existing store, warehouse or 3PL does the physical handling. Zelph is software only — it runs the take-back workflow, grading and the resale channels.

On your main storefront, a separate pre-loved branded storefront, or both — plus eBay, Vestiaire and Vinted in a single submission, with rules-based routing by grade, margin and sell-through.

Inspected and graded against an industry-standard taxonomy — Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair — so condition is consistent across every channel you list on.
