Multi-Seller Orders & Inventory Improvements

Major improvements to multi-seller order handling, Shopify sync, and inventory management.

New Features
  • Orders with items from multiple sellers are now handled smoothly: each consignor is automatically notified to fulfill their own items, so multi-seller orders are no longer a headache
  • Zelph now imports order tags from Shopify and adds more details to order tags/notes, helping you with reporting and visibility (if you tag an order in Shopify, that tag shows up in Zelph too)
  • See which seller is responsible for each item on an order at a glance — the order page now shows the consignor (seller) for every line item
  • Sellers can now list up to 50 units of a product (up from the previous limit of 25), allowing larger inventory uploads and bulk listings
Improvements
  • No more accidental edits to someone else's inventory: if a store owner tries to change a supplier's product in Shopify (price or quantity), Zelph will now ignore it, preventing unintended overrides to consigned stock
  • Sellers with an existing Zelph account can join additional stores' seller networks seamlessly — fixed the issue that prevented a seller from signing up to another retailer's network if they already had a Zelph account
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed a bug where the return address on orders fulfilled by a consignor (trusted seller) was incorrect — it now shows the proper return address for those shipments
  • Squashed a pesky bug with the quantity input field when adding inventory — the number field is no longer glitchy, you can input stock quantities without any weird behavior
