Zelph is a multi-tenant Product Information Management (PIM) and marketplace platform enabling retailers and suppliers to manage inventory and synchronize with external channels like Shopify. Each tenant operates in an isolated environment with its own subdomain.

2. What Data We Collect
  • Account and Tenant Setup

  • Name, email address, and password

  • Business name and profile details

  • User roles and permissions within the tenant

  • Usage and Access Data

  • Log files and device/browser information

  • IP address and session metadata

  • Platform activity logs (e.g. product updates, sync activity)

  • Third-Party Integrations

  • Store credentials (e.g., Shopify access tokens)

  • External channel data (e.g., products, inventory, orders)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Register and authenticate users (via SSO)

  • Create and manage tenant-specific environments

  • Sync inventory and orders across sales channels

  • Provide billing and invoicing services (e.g. via Stripe)

  • Maintain platform security and operational integrity

4. Data Sharing and Access
  • Tenant Isolation: Each tenant has access only to its own data. Cross-tenant access is prohibited unless explicitly authorized (e.g. through product subscriptions).

  • Zelph Admin Access: Our internal team may access tenant data for support and operational purposes, subject to strict access controls.

  • Third-Party Processors: We may share necessary data with trusted vendors (e.g., Stripe, Shopify) under data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention
  • User and tenant data is retained as long as the account is active.

  • Upon account termination, we retain data only as long as necessary for legal or operational obligations.

  • Data deletion requests can be submitted by the tenant administrator.

6. Cookies and Tracking
  • We use session cookies and analytics tools to monitor usage and improve performance. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Security
  • We employ industry-standard encryption, access control, and monitoring practices to protect your data. Tenant databases are fully isolated and securely hosted.
