How it works

Customer orders A customer checks out on your own website.

Seller ships Trusted sellers ship direct to the customer; others ship to your authentication location first.

Brand authenticates Items from non-trusted sellers are verified at your location, then forwarded to the customer.

Seller paid Fees deducted; the seller's net payout transfers via Stripe Connect, settling in ~2 business days.

You hold stock.

Sellers send items in to be authenticated and accepted into your inventory before they go live. Best for high-value, branded goods.

How it works

Seller lists Seller lists the items they want to sell on your branded marketplace.

Brand approves Brand approves the listing; the seller receives a shipping label to send items in for authentication.

Brand authenticates Items arrive and are verified, then accepted into your inventory through Inventory Reviews.

Listed & live Once authenticated, the item goes live on your branded marketplace.

Sold & paid On sale, you fulfil from your warehouse; the seller's net payout transfers via Stripe Connect.
