UX/UI Designer
About the Role
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of Zelph's product experience. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive, beautiful interfaces that help retailers manage their businesses more efficiently.
This role sits at the intersection of user research, visual design, and product strategy. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to understand user needs, prototype solutions, and deliver polished designs that our customers love.
This is a remote-friendly position with optional access to our London office. We're looking for someone based in the UK or Europe for timezone alignment.
What You'll Do:
As our UX/UI Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design process:
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Build and maintain our design system and component library
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
What We're Looking For:
We want someone who is passionate about creating great user experiences and can balance aesthetics with usability.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing B2B or SaaS products
- Background in ecommerce or retail
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing
- Motion design skills
