Zelph is a multi-tenant B2B marketplace platform built with Laravel, designed to connect suppliers and retailers through real-time product sync, inventory sharing, order routing, and sales channel integration (Shopify, Magento, etc.).

We offer a unified inventory model, customisable commission logic, and tight integration with Shopify — all powered by a modern Filament admin UI. Think of us as the connective tissue between suppliers and retailers in the next generation of distributed commerce.

We're live and powering high-growth retailers, and are now scaling the product and engineering team.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Leading the development of complex features within our Laravel multi-tenant SaaS platform
• Extending our custom Shopify App, using the Shopify Admin GraphQL API for product sync, order ingestion, and webhook handling
• Building robust webhook infrastructure, async job queues, and fail-safe retries
• Designing performant multi-tenant logic using the Tenancy for Laravel package
• Contributing to architecture decisions and working closely with the team on sprint planning and roadmap

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of Laravel experience, including experience leading or owning major projects
• Extensive experience building custom Shopify apps — including product creation, webhooks, metafields, GraphQL queries/mutations, and Shopify's API quirks
• Deep understanding of Shopify's Admin GraphQL API, and how to work around Shopify's rate limiting and bulk operations
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications and strong understanding of tenant isolation, scoped permissions, and data partitioning
• Strong backend fundamentals: queueing, caching, job orchestration, service layers, observability
• Comfortable working independently, owning large features end-to-end, and operating without hand-holding
• Experience working in a small, fast-paced startup environment — or eager to jump into one

Domain Experience (Nice to Have):

• eCommerce or marketplace platform development
• Product Information Management (PIM) systems
• Inventory management and fulfillment systems
• Subscription billing and payment processing
• B2B marketplace or supplier-retailer platforms
